Detailed Job Description:
- Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)
- Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues
- Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities
- Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues
- Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation
Minimum years of experience: 4-6 years
Education:
Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
