Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Service Après-Vente (SAV).
Maîtrise des techniques en HYDRAULIQUE ET PLOMBERIE SANITAIRE. Bonnes connaissances en ÉLECTRICITÉ DU BÂTIMENT ET AUTOMATISME.
Capacité à ANALYSER ET DIAGNOSTIQUER DES PANNES COMPLEXES EN
TOUTE AUTONOMIE, y compris sans assistance sur le terrain. Maîtrise du DIAGNOSTIC, DE LA RECHERCHE DE PANNE ET DU DÉPANNAGE
EN ATELIER.
Aptitude à RÉDIGER DES RAPPORTS D’INTERVENTION clairs et
structurés. Bonne maîtrise des OUTILS BUREAUTIQUES : Outlook, Pack Office
(niveau débutant à intermédiaire) et ERP.
* Sens du service, AISANCE RELATIONNELLE ET ORIENTATION CLIENT.- Formation de niveau BAC À BAC+2 dans les domaines de la
maintenance, mécanique, électricité, automatisme, électronique ou
électrotechnique.
Une EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE DE 1 À 3 ANS dans un environnement
technique ou de maintenance pourra être considérée comme
équivalente à la formation. Profil CURIEUX, AUTONOME, POLYVALENT ET DÉBROUILLARD, avec un
réel intérêt pour la recherche de pannes et la résolution de
problèmes techniques.
HABILITATIONS ÉLECTRIQUES À JOUR. PERMIS B OBLIGATOIRE.
Disponibilité pour des DÉPLACEMENTS FRÉQUENTS SUR L’ENSEMBLE
DU TERRITOIRE FRANÇAIS, pouvant représenter jusqu’à 5 JOURS PAR
SEMAINE. Aptitude au PORT ET À LA MANUTENTION DE CHARGES JUSQU’À 30 KG
lors des opérations de chargement et de déchargement des produits,
avec utilisation d’un GERBEUR.
