Technician - Quality Control

About This Role

This Quality Control Specialist role involves developing and reviewing inspection documentation for parts and assemblies to ensure they meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of interpreting engineering drawings and performing precise inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications, engineering prints, and manufacturing process plans to confirm inspection accuracy
• Interpret engineering drawings and applicable industry specifications
• Measure components using hand tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Perform inspections of in-process and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards, customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications
• Be proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Basic digital proficiency and a rapid ability to learn company-specific software, tools, or internal databases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be a U.S. citizen (facility requires special access)

• Experience inspecting bonding, composites, structural, and/or cable/harness assemblies
