Service Development
Develop and launch new assurance services such as material assurance and sustainability services.
Support business growth by identifying new market opportunities and industry trends.
Provide technical expertise on DPP, ESPR, CSRD and ESG requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into service solutions.
Quality Management
Prepare and maintain quality manuals, procedures, and technical documents for both new sustainability services and existing Softlines testing services
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and accreditation requirements.
Internal & Client Support
Provide technical advice and consultation to clients.
Support client meetings, technical presentations, and training activities.
Respond to technical and regulatory enquiries.
Conduct technical training for internal teams.
Work closely with local and regional stakeholders on service development and quality initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Textile, or related disciplines.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in sustainability, testing, certification, compliance, or technical management.
Good knowledge of DPP, ESPR, CSRD, ESG, and related sustainability requirements.
Experience in quality management systems and technical documentation.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Good command of English and Chinese.
