Job Description:
- Deliver top-tier customer care by resolving billing inquiries, managing accounts, supporting mobile services, and guiding basic troubleshooting—all while driving a positive user experience and upholding strict quality standards.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
