Opportunity Overview

Install and set up new machine.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on hard drive testing and smart storage machines, including components such as motors, drivers, sensors, actuators, pneumatic systems, and control panels.

Continuously improving troubleshooting methods and processes.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance execution process.

Monitor machine performance and make improvements to reduce downtime.

Support root cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring equipment failures.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Publish shift report

Strong understanding of mechatronic fundamentals

60% : Solid knowledge of mechanical principles such as bearings, gearboxes, actuators, and pneumatic systems.

20% : knowledge of electrical fundamentals, including AC/DC principles, power distribution, protective devices, and grounding

20% : Knowledge of electronics fundamentals, including sensors, transducers, and analog/digital signals.

Ability to use AI tools (preferably Microsoft solutions) or excel to analyze the data.

Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Solid presentation skills and effective communication in English.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Operate process equipment, instrumentation and other equipment related to the production according to the work instructions.

Be able to work rotating day and night shift (12-hours) with OT

Desirable:
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronic or related field.

5-10 years of experience in automation-related experience is preferred.

0-5 years of experience in automation-related experience is preferred. (Juniors)

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
