Job Description Your Responsibilities
- Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
- Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.
- Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
- Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
- Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
- Opens new store/POS and actively works on farm conversion to increase the company’s market share.
- Actively involves in organizing and participating in vet missions, seminars, store opening, sales caravans and other related demand-creation activities.
- Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio – visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
- Regular submission of reports as mandated by the management.
- Performs any other additional projects or other duties assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in the performance of duty.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or any related course
- Experience in technical sales
