Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for molds, jigs, machining parts, production materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, CAPEX projects, and related services, with a primary focus on mold and jig purchasing (approximately 80%).

Source qualified suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve the best value.

Evaluate supplier quotations, compare pricing and purchasing conditions, and provide sourcing recommendations.

Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) for accuracy and generate Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures.

Negotiate and establish new supplier contracts, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.

Maintain, update, and administer existing supplier contracts while expanding the list of regularly procured items.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, procedures, and procurement processes.

Collaborate with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements and support procurement planning.

Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the supplier base and improve supply chain performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply, quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement of molds, jigs, machining parts, or other mechanical components within a manufacturing environment ( all oversea and local)

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience in price negotiation and commercial contract discussions.

Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a good understanding of procurement processes are advantageous.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Report to: Purchasing Manager

Salary: 35-40 million VND gross/month, included OT
-
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

Company shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, Thu Duc (Cantavil/Crossroad), and Ba Ria.

Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

12 days of annual leave per year.

Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.

PVI healthcare insurance after successful completion of the probation period.
