Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of weekly customer lifecycle marketing campaign operations
- Coordinate campaign workflows from audience preparation and data orchestration through campaign deployment
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, product management, database marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Lead weekly cross-functional readiness reviews to confirm launch readiness and resolve outstanding dependencies
- Monitor live campaign execution, triage production issues, perform initial root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate technical teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management or program management within marketing technology, CRM, campaign operations, or a similarly complex technical environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects from planning through implementation
- Strong understanding of product development and release management processes, including requirements gathering, QA coordination, and production launches
- Experience supporting customer lifecycle marketing, CRM platforms, or campaign management technologies
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform initial root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution across engineering and data teams
