Responsibilities:
- This role is a key driver in establishing operational rigor and execution discipline across Data & Insights. You will oversee the overall Book of Work and Portfolio for Data & Insights, partnering closely with peer program managers, TDI leadership, and internal business partners to align priorities with company outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-visibility data programs, including enterprise data pipeline migrations, and data governance.
- Build and maintain structured communication channels, Confluence hubs, and executive dashboards to provide clear visibility into team throughput, delivery performance, and portfolio health.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager driving complex technology and data initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid data domain context, with familiarity in data platform concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, BI/analytics tooling, AI data foundations, and data governance.
Bonus Point:
- Experience with operational and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Atlassian Projects, or reporting tools like Tableau/eazyBI.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications.
