- 12+ years of IT project/program management experience.
- 5+ years managing Data & Analytics transformation programs.
- Experience delivering cloud migration initiatives involving AWS and Databricks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience managing geographically distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
