Title : Technical Project Manager
Location : Hybrid in St. Louis, MO (4 days onsite/1 WFH)
Duration : 6 months likely extension

Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of Technical Project Management or Program Management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple complex, highly visible technical projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, MS Project, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and related project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and quickly identify and resolve project challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience relevant to the organization.
- Experience with Chalk or similar workforce planning/platform tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis, metrics, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and thrive in a demanding, high-change environment.
