Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration
- Act as programmatic interface with external suppliers; track hardware build plans and coordinate part deliveries
- Maintain bug/issue trackers (e.g., Jira), follow up on RCA progress, and facilitate meetings to drive hardware issues to closure
- Facilitate communication between ME, supply chain, manufacturing, and validation teams; track BOM maturity
- Demonstrated ability to conduct packaging investigations or manage clash analysis utilizing tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks
Requirements
- 2–4 years in project management, TPM, manufacturing, or ME
- Exposure to physical product development lifecycles (Design, Sourcing, Validation, Build)
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- BS in ME, Industrial Engineering, Business, PM, or related field
