Technical Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of digital products.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems and set measurable outcomes.
• Manage tradeoffs and deliver customer-facing features that improve experiences and grow the business.
• Define and align outcomes by clarifying problems, setting business and UX goals, and establishing target KPIs.
• Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements and defining success criteria.
• Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery and communicating updates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
• 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.
• 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications.
