Job Information
- Contract Period: 1 year (can convert / renew)
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 5.30pm (may need to OT)
- Salary: Up to $3600 + bonuses
Job Descriptions
- Attend to defects calls and checks at new housing estate relating to Centralied Cooling Systems
- Supervise contractor works for defects rectification relating to Centralied Cooling Systems
- Attend to joint inspections with various stakeholders such as residents, contractors, IDs etc
- Submit request for approvals after attending to joint inspections
- Administer contractor works order, completion certificate etc.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (must have)
- Open to be rostered for weekend and night works (OT paid)
- Candidates without prior work experience but relevant studies are welcomed to apply
