About This Role
This role involves leading a business application consulting team specializing in Oracle technology, focusing on analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. The manager will optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve strategic objectives by utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies, with a focus on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support. As a manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and mentor junior staff, ensuring project success and maintaining standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of Oracle software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored Oracle technology strategies to achieve business objectives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
- Guide teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Utilize Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives within client environments
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and deliver quality outcomes
- Collaborate with clients to address challenges and provide strategic technology planning
- Embrace change and foster a culture of innovation and digital tooling within teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business transformation efforts
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- At least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation initiatives
- Embracing AI fluency and AI-human collaboration for innovative solutions
