About the role
The role involves leading the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, including planning, design, and execution to ensure a seamless transition.
Responsibilities include configuring scalable, secure workflows, policies, and connectors, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and maintain alignment.
The manager will develop comprehensive technical documentation, establish best practices for ISC administration, and uphold professional integrity.
Qualifications include a minimum of five years' hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with at least two years specifically focused on SailPoint ISC.
Applicants should possess application onboarding and migration expertise, deep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor team members and lead complex initiatives.
Certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer are preferred.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
