This role is for a Technical Director in Accounting Advisory Services within a dynamic advisory practice focused on transformation and client success.
Key responsibilities include: providing client-focused accounting advisory on transactions involving consolidation, stock compensation, leasing, and related topics; leading and mentoring teams of associates to managers on technical accounting matters; collaborating on mergers, acquisitions, sell-side, and capital market transactions; supporting audit teams with technical reviews; building long-term relationships with clients and key executives; and upholding professional integrity and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications: minimum eight years of recent experience in public accounting, advisory, or large multinational organizations; a bachelor's degree and CPA or equivalent license; expertise in consolidation, stock compensation, or leasing under US GAAP and IFRS; strong leadership skills; ability to connect with senior executives to generate new business; and willingness to travel.
