🚀 We’re hiring: Technical Customer Support Specialist (Spanish & Italian)

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Budapest and become a key point of contact for customers.
📍 Location: Budapest
🕐 Service hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:30–20:30
What will you do?
📞 Provide customer support via phone and email regarding technical issues and customer requests
🔧 Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate technical problems
🎫 Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
📚 Keep your product and service knowledge up to date
🤝 Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex issues
💬 Manage and prioritize email and portal requests while providing professional and customer-friendly responses
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Fluent Spanish, Italian and English
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, administration, helpdesk, or a similar office-based role
- A strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
