About the role
We are looking for a Technical Customer Success who enjoys working directly with customers to understand business challenges and deliver technology-driven solutions. This position focuses on customer engagement, solution consulting, implementation support, and ongoing success management for manufacturing clients. You will collaborate with customers, business partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor for customers and partners, providing product guidance and resolving inquiries.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to recommend practical business solutions.
- Support solution demonstrations, onboarding activities, user training, and implementation projects.
- Coordinate with local and overseas teams to address technical and operational issues.
- Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Japanese organizations and supporting manufacturing-sector clients.
- Exposure to enterprise applications or business systems such as ERP, MES, or similar platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
