Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review and manage technical documentation, drawings, method statements and project submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on technical and project-related matters.
- Monitor project progress, technical issues and site activities to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering, construction and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, safety requirements and authority requirements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring and coordination to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews, identify potential issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Must be a certified Technical Controller with experience in a Class 1 General Builder company to support the company's licensing requirements.
