SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️11 to 12 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise
✔️Hands-on foundational knowledge of Open Systems, Java, and Cloud technologies
✔️End-to-end requirements gathering, functional documentation, process modeling, and gap analysis
✔️Agile backlog management, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition
✔️Technical risk and impact assessment, system workflow optimization, and UAT testing support
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Experience working within enterprise banking or financial services environments
✔️Familiarity with architecture governance, audit readiness, and compliance standards
✔️Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and issue resolution in production ecosystems
✔️Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and onsite collaborative leadership skills
✔️Familiarity with enterprise API integrations and cloud migration methodologies
POSITION OVERVIEW
✔️We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst for a full-time onsite engagement based in Raleigh, NC.
✔️The role sits within enterprise technology operations, focusing on modernizing complex business processes into scalable cloud and open systems solutions.
✔️The candidate will bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating complex objectives into precise technical user stories and tasks.
✔️This position requires 11–12 years of techno-functional expertise to evaluate risks, optimize workflows, and maintain high operational reliability.
✔️The candidate will actively drive continuous improvement, testing validation, and documentation to ensure solution stability and long-term value.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Analyze complex business processes and translate strategic objectives into clear technical tasks, user stories, and functional specifications
✔️Collaborate onsite with cross-functional teams to define scope, dependencies, timelines, and architectural solution designs across Java and Cloud systems
✔️Review existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities that improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and ensure audit readiness
✔️Conduct impact and risk assessments for proposed technical changes to maintain system stability, security, and enterprise compliance
✔️Support testing activities by defining scenarios, validating implemented solutions, and coordinating root-cause analysis for issue resolution
