Job Title: Technical BA / Technical Product Owner / Product Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland | Work Model: 3+ days in-office
Contract: 12 months, with potential extension
Job Spec:
- AI Business Analyst / Product Owner responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled automation, from feasibility and requirements through production and continuous improvement.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into clear requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong BA / Product Owner / Technology delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with workshops, discovery, requirements and solution definition.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Ability to define KPIs, success criteria and business outcomes.
- Experience translating requirements into scope and acceptance criteria.
- Agile / SDLC experience with a strong testing and quality mindset.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business language.
