About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud and enterprise integrations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable cloud-native insurance solutions, leading integration architecture, and driving Guidewire Cloud transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Lead Guidewire Cloud integration architecture and API-first solution design.
- Drive integration with external systems including policy, billing, document management, rating engines, and third-party providers.
- Conduct architecture workshops, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Define and implement cloud-native integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with business and enterprise teams on digital transformation and Guidewire Cloud adoption strategies.
- Ensure API security best practices using OAuth2, JWT, and modern security protocols.
Core / must have:
- Guidewire Experience.
- Guidewire Cloud Integration ACE Certification.
- Deep knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite (PC/CC/BC), Cloud configuration, and integration.
- Experience with Cloud-native architecture, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of technical design, API-first strategies, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing mentoring.
- Lead architecture workshops, integration design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.
- Influence enterprise technology strategy and Guidewire Cloud adoption roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business teams to define future-state architectures aligned with digital and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Lead integration with external systems such as Policy, Billing, third-party data providers, document management, and rating services.
- Outbound/Inbound API.
Primary / Should have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Integrations.
- PolicyCenter or BillingCenter configuration.
- Integration Gateway GOSU and Java.
- REST APIs and API frameworks.
- Event-driven architecture.
- Cloud deployment models and CI/CD pipelines.
- Security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API security best practices).
Secondary/ Could have:
- Guidewire ACE Configuration Certification (Preferred)
- Advanced Product Designer (APD) Rating Engine
