We’re Hiring: Technical Account Manager – Senior Simulation & Packaging Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager / Senior Simulation & Packaging Design Engineer to support leading brand customers and ODM partners across packaging design, development, validation, and simulation.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Lead packaging development from RFQ through NPI and mass production , ensuring designs meet customer requirements and project schedules.
• Work closely with customer engineers, GCMs, planners, ODMs, material suppliers, and manufacturing factories.
• Conceptualize, design, develop, prototype, and validate packaging solutions.
• Coordinate packaging development schedules aligned with NPI milestones.
• Plan and manage packaging validation testing, including third-party laboratory coordination and regression testing.
• Prepare and release packaging BOMs, SOPs, drawings, and artworks .
• Work with materials including wood, molded pulp, corrugated, foam, and other packaging materials .
• Collaborate with USA and Asia teams to support major NPI system builds.
• Provide local support for awarded DT, AIO, NB, FPM, and Server business in Taiwan.
• Develop ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulation models for real-world packaging applications.
• Apply FEA/CFD , nonlinear material models, adaptive meshing, and high-strain-rate material analysis.
• Correlate simulation results with physical testing and provide technical documentation to support customer and business decisions.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid experience in packaging design and project management .
• Several years of packaging project management/design experience, particularly for Server and Notebook (NB) products .
• Strong relationship-building skills with brand customers and ODMs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Solid Modeling ; AutoCAD and SolidWorks preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Experience with ANSYS SpaceClaim, Workbench Explicit Dynamics, and LS-DYNA .
• Strong understanding of FEA/CFD fundamentals and applications .
• Knowledge of nonlinear material models, highly deformable materials, viscoelastic materials, and high-strain-rate stress analysis .
⭐ Molded pulp packaging design experience is a plus.
