About This Role
This role is for a Tech Lead specializing in Low Code, acting as a technical and architectural reference within the development cell. The successful candidate will define standards, guide the team, and ensure the quality, security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define application architectures on Low Code platforms
- Establish development, integration, and technical governance standards
- Act as a technical reference for developers of different seniorities
- Conduct code reviews and support architectural decisions
- Promote the reuse of components and libraries
- Design integrations using APIs and microservices
- Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Ensure the application of good development practices and Secure SDLC
- Support database optimization and performance
- Integrate applications with Cloud environments
- Support technical planning, estimates, and architecture decisions
- Work in conjunction with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Low Code platforms
- Experience with OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or equivalent
- Knowledge of SOA architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
- Experience with Web and Mobile applications
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Java, and/or SQL
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and messaging
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and JWT
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID principles
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or Oracle databases
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in technical leadership
