Team Member / Shift Supervisor
Pizza Hut New Brighton & Marshlands Christchurch
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members and Shift Supervisors to join our Pizza Hut stores.
Pay Rate Starts from $23.95 to $30 per hour, depending on the position, skills, and previous experience. Flexible Availability to work on weekends is must.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
- Manage and support team members during shifts
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- Help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Support, motivate, and lead the team
- Train and coach new and existing staff
- Ensure company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures are followed
