About the role
Purpose/Objective
To ensure the timely and accurate preparation, audit and reporting of financials and other statutory reporting of BU in adherence to the applicable Accounting Standards.
Manage tax compliance and returns for entities of the Group.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements - Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts - Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure - Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies - Provide ad-hoc data support to BU's with respects to financials - Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations - Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU's and responsible for closure of audit queries
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Income Tax, GST and Company Law Compliances,Knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III requirements and CARO Reporting,Knowledge of Related Party Transactions - Reporting and Disclosures,Knowledge of SEBI LODR
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant - 1 to 3 years of experience - Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, CARO compliance, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, SEBI LODR - Knowledge of SAP
