Job Overview
Smoothie King is hiring 1 part-time Team Members for the opening shift (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM) at our Kirkwood location. This position includes 3 days of paid training. We’re looking for high school graduates with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and basic math skills. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and willing to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Open the store and complete all morning preparation tasks
- Prepare smoothies accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register system
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members during busy periods
- Take initiative and accept additional responsibilities when needed
