Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee food safety
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred, NOT REQUIRED
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
