ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our locations. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Previous car wash experience is not required — we provide the training and support you need to be successful.

Whether you have experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, sales, cashiering, or another fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
