About the role
Your responsibilities
- Lead the daily technical and operational activities of the gear-level durability testing team
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor system durability, endurance, and lifetime testing activities
- Interpret validation requirements and define appropriate test plans and test strategies
- Ensure efficient utilization and availability of test benches and measurement equipment
- Coordinate the evaluation, documentation, follow and handle SAP orders, and reporting of test results.
- Support troubleshooting (error correction) during test runs from HW/SW/Product point of view
- Define priorities and support resource and capacity planning
- Monitor project timing, technical targets, and testing costs
- Support the professional development of team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
Your profile
- Able to learn and work abroad (in Liechtenstein) for longer period (9 months)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Experience in the automotive sector, testing, and report creation
- Strong English and/or German language skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Independent, quality-oriented and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in team leadership or technical project coordination is advantage
- SAP experience is an advantage
