Responsibilities
- Leading a team of production employees and encouraging positive team dynamics,
- Monitor daily production processes and ensure efficiency and quality,
- Training and development of team members to improve their skills and performance,
- Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement,
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations,
- Report to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with process improvement and quality management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production (HACCP)
