Supporting the class teacher with behaviour management, providing additional instruction, and assisting with classroom activities is the core of this teaching assistant role. You will work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and ensure a positive learning environment across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
