We're currently looking for Lead Teachers who share our passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education.

What You'll Do Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a positive and healthy environment for children to learn and grow
- Developing engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms
- Staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
- Effective communication with parents and family members
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere
- Designing lessons that meet curriculum guidelines and engage children
Requirements All applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a degree with 12 child related credits, CDA, or Teaching Certificate
- Hold a High school diploma
- pass all background checks as required by the state
- Experience working with young children
- Have a passion for educating young minds
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility for at least six months
- A 'can-do' attitude with a passion for learning and growth
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and personalities
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
