Objetivo General Dar soporte a líneas de producción y soporte a proyectos de mejora
Conocimientos, Experiencia, Habilidades
- Manejo de paquete office (excel, word, power point.)
- Conocimiento en sistema ERP.
- Conocimiento de sistema en gestión PLM.
- Interpretación de estándares de ingeniería.
- Experiencia en toma de tiempos.
- Interpretación de dibujo de ensamble.
- Interpretación de planos arquitectónicos (básico.)
- Manejo de herramientas eléctricas y mecánicas.
- Referente manejo de software CAD.
- Modificar y actualizar documentos de ingeniería (instrucciones de trabajo, hojas de manejo de procesos, layouts etc.)
Actividades
- Dar seguimiento a proyectos de mejora ( flujos de materiales, optimización de espacio y tiempo, balanceo de actividades en líneas)
- Implementar nuevas herramientas de trabajo (tooling)
- Mantenimiento a documentación en sistema de gestión de calidad.
- Supervisar entrenamientos de proceso de ingeniería.
- Crear y modificar planos 3D para herramientas y dispositivos de Manufactura.
