职责：
参与TeamCenter软件的设计、开发和部署工作，确保系统的高性能和稳定性。
协助团队成员进行代码评审，并提供技术支持和指导。
与产品管理团队合作，理解客户需求，并将其转化为可行的技术解决方案。
编写清晰、高效的代码，并对现有代码进行优化和改进。
参与软件架构设计和技术选型，为产品的持续改进提供建议和反馈。
负责解决和调试在开发、测试和部署过程中出现的技术问题。
要求：
计算机科学或相关专业的学士或以上学位。
三年以上的软件开发经验，具备Java或C++等编程语言的扎实功底。
熟悉软件开发生命周期和相关工具，如Git、Jenkins等。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与多功能团队协同工作。
具备良好的问题解决能力和自我驱动能力，能够独立分析和解决技术挑战。
加分项：
有TeamCenter或类似PLM（产品生命周期管理）软件开发经验者优先。
对敏捷开发方法和持续集成/持续交付（CI/CD）流程有深入了解。
熟悉Web开发技术，如JavaScript、HTML5等。
具备数据库设计和优化经验。
