Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns after completing company training
• Assist clients with tax-related questions and paperwork
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Learn and follow company tax preparation procedures
• Promote the business through social media
• Create and participate in social media posts and promotional content
• Help with general office duties as needed
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information

Requirements

• No prior tax preparation experience required
• Must be a fast learner
• Must be comfortable using social media
• Must be willing to post videos, pictures, and promotional content and represent the company online
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Must be willing to work longer hours when needed during tax season
• Must have Saturday availability when needed
• Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team
