Job title: Niche Support Personnel - Business Analyst - Basic

Location: EGL, Blue Bay Building, Bangalore

Shift timing: 7:30 Am- 4:30 PM (IST)

Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system.

• Validation of various regulatory documents submitted by the Customers

• Ensure that all Customer requests are completed timely by adhering to procedures and guidelines

• Ensure in performing due diligence of all required processing steps and check parameters defined in the process.

• Ensure all exceptions or deviations are escalated to management on timely basis.

• Meet all the productivity and accuracy targets defined for the process

• Analyze, review and validate moderate to complex tax forms (W9 and W8-BEN, W8-BEN-E, W8-IMY, W8-EXP, W8-ECI and CRS Forms)

• Accurately process requests for customers tax profile on various client systems

• Modify customer information based on daily maintenance requests (address, tax identification number)

• Verify that corrections and modifications in data are fed to various systems

• Monitor failure queues, mailboxes and databases to ensure all items are cleared in a timely manner

• Maintain procedure documents and help drive control-centric environment

• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business and levels

• Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
