Well known CPA firm in New Orleans, LA is looking for a Tax Director to join their expanding team. Tax Director
Qualifications
- CPA
- Bachelors in Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in Public Accounting
- Ability to manage & lead a team
- Experience with the following tax return types (Individual, Estate, Gift, Corporate, Partnership, & Nonprofit)
Compensation: $150k+
Office locations - Mandeville, Baton Rouge, New Orleans.

- 4-6 Weeks of PTO (DOE)
- 11 Paid Holiday's (Including 1 floating Holiday)
- Limited busy season hours (Tax: 55 Max total hours the last few weeks before the deadline) (Audit: Very little overtime required)
- Bonus (Manager & Above)
- Paid OT (Below Manager level)
- Company provides lunch 1 day per week during busy season
- CPE Reimbursement
- Bonus after passing the CPA exam
- Clear path to Partner
