This role is for an experienced in-house tax attorney who will ensure overall compliance with policy related to information reporting and withholding tax rules (including FATCA, CRS, CARF, and 1099) across global products, processes, and procedures. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional partners to evaluate new products and changes to existing products to determine the applicability of existing information reporting policies and the necessity for creating new policies. They will exercise sound judgment in identifying legal risk and recommending defensible positions.
