As a Tax Assistant Manager, you'll take your place in a newly established Pioneer team dedicated to one of Australia's leading Big Four accounting firms. You'll take greater ownership across Australian tax and accounting engagements, review complex work, guide developing professionals, and build trusted relationships with Australian stakeholders. Job Overview
- Full-time | Day shift | Weekends off
- Target Start Date: October 2026
- Work-from-home opportunity with a hybrid setup in Pampanga
- Travel to Australia and broaden your international experience
- Earn up to PHP 130,000 salary based on skills, expertise, and experience
- Receive a PHP10,000 one-time non-taxable allowance
- Sign-on bonus worth 1 month's salary
- Apply with a friend or refer top talent and earn PHP50,000 per successful hire
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 4 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting experience
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience
- Experience supporting SME and mid-market clients with AUD5M-100M+ annual turnover
- CA or CA-equivalent qualification, either completed or currently in progress
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to review technical work and maintain high-quality delivery standards
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people-development capabilities
Your Daily Tasks
Australian Tax & Advisory
- Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions across a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
- Build technical expertise across Australian tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Lead and contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle.
- Communicate directly with clients and participate in presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes that support long-term client success.
