Requirements
One of the following is required:
- Over 3 years of practical experience in a tax office or similar
- Certified tax accountant (subject passers are also acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications - Desire to engage in a wide range of tasks
- Ability to reside in Saitama Prefecture
- Willingness to contribute to the growth of the newly established Saitama branch
Responsibilities - Business succession support
- Executive training
- Business planning and funding support
- Tax advisory services
- IPO support (including Tokyo Pro Market)
- Financial tax due diligence, etc.
We provide one-stop services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the northern Saitama area. Once a project is initiated, we can offer additional services to resolve other issues, which is a characteristic of our Saitama branch.
Expected Duties After Joining
- We encourage exploring new segments based on previous experience while deepening expertise in familiar areas.
- Assignments are distributed fairly among all Saitama branch members based on skills.
Recent Projects
- Numerous introductions of stock succession projects primarily from major banks, regional banks, and existing clients, with steady introductions expected in the future.
- There is an increasing emphasis on smooth company succession, not just stock and asset succession, with support for successor training being a feature of our services.
- We focus on financial due diligence for M&A and planning for funding.
Position Appeal
- Involvement from the sales stage or after receiving orders, either as a project head or member, depending on practical experience and knowledge level.
- Project heads will be responsible for designing proposal content, managing specific tasks, and serving as the main speaker at client presentations.
- Project members will primarily focus on tasks like stock valuation and proposal creation, with a clear understanding of the project background and objectives.
Corporate Tax Advisory Services
- Depending on the project scale and background, you will be responsible individually or in teams. Typically, you will be involved as the main contact or project leader based on experience level.
- While focusing on tax advisory services, you will also consider cross-selling opportunities, contributing to your personal growth.

Holidays and Leave
Paid leave, complete two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, bereavement leave, year-end and New Year holidays, exam leave (exam day + 12 days), anniversary leave, and long service leave.
Salary
700,000 - 1,000,000 yen/year
