Tax Analyst

About This Role

This role involves critically analyzing accounting routines, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The Tax Analyst will handle accounting and tax entries, aiming to resolve problems and improve departmental efficiency. This position is responsible for completing the full monthly closing and analyzing costs and controlling indicators.

Responsibilities

• Critically analyze accounting routines, incoming invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Perform accounting and tax entries, seeking problem resolution and departmental efficiency
• Complete the full monthly closing
• Analyze costs and controlling indicators

Requirements

• Higher education complete or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, or related areas
• Knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial routines
• Experience with accounting reconciliation, monthly closing, and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Knowledge of ancillary obligations, SPED, tax classification, and tax legislation
• Experience with invoicing, issuing and checking invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite
