Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Tax Advisor (CPA) to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services for clients across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires deep expertise in U.S. and international tax regulations to support high-volume client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Research complex tax issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax strategies into broader financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Active CPA license with a minimum of 5 years of tax advisory experience.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and ERP systems for financial data management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret tax codes and assess financial impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical tax concepts.
• Experience with international tax compliance and reporting for multinational clients.
