Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence)
CPA Required | Transaction Advisory Services Experience Required | Private-Equity Accounting | 100% Remote
We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to identify a Senior Manager to join their Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) team . This team supports private equity sponsors and corporate clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering critical financial insights that inform valuation, deal structure, and risk assessment.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role offering the opportunity to lead engagements, advise on complex transactions, and work directly with decision-makers in fast-paced deal environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee multiple financial due diligence engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, building strong, trusted relationships
- Manage engagement teams and review detailed analyses and workpapers to maintain quality standards
- Present key findings, risks, and insights to stakeholders, aligning financial conclusions with transaction objectives
- Provide leadership across engagements, guiding teams through complex and high-risk areas
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee financial due diligence analyses, including:
- Quality of earnings
- Net working capital and cash flow analysis
- Identification of financial and operational risks
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights to support investment decisions
- Manage engagement timelines, priorities, and workflows across multiple deals
- Lead internal quality control processes and ensure all deliverables are client-ready
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching on both technical and professional skills
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA required
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience in a transaction advisory or due diligence practice strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, balance multiple engagements, and drive results
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts
- Experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, investment banking, or related M&A environments
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple engagements and teams
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
