What to expect:

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Proactively identifies, researches, and engages passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

Builds and maintains a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings, with particular focus on hard-to-fill and high-priority positions.

Develops and maintains talent communities and talent pools to reduce time-to-fill and ensure readiness for future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

Conducts initial outreach to prospective candidates to assess interest, qualifications, and fit for open or anticipated positions.

Coordinates with recruiters to hand off qualified candidates for formal screening and interview processes.

Represents the organization professionally to prospective candidates, articulating the employee value proposition and organizational culture.

Collaboration & Workforce Planning

Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department-specific workforce planning needs.

Coordinates with other HR and Talent Acquisition staff to ensure alignment on sourcing strategy across the organization.

Stays current on labor market trends, competitor talent practices, and sourcing best practices to inform proactive recruitment strategy.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years leading strategic sourcing initiatives experience in order to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, compose clear communications, and demonstrate knowledge of the employment and interviewing process and associated laws.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is required.
- Demonstration of proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline development through internet and Boolean search techniques, relationship building and networking, and candidate outreach messaging.
