2. About the Opportunity:

The Talent Sourcer, G&A is a key role within the expanding Talent Acquisition function, responsible for sourcing world-class business talent across various departments such as Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. This position influences the growth of a high-potential technology company by building strong talent pipelines, enhancing recruiting strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to attract passive candidates. The role supports the organization’s scaling efforts by delivering a premium recruiting experience and leveraging market intelligence.

3. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business talent across multiple functions

• Deliver a high-quality recruiting experience aligned with the organization’s brand

• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent partners to source passive candidates using creative methods

• Monitor talent market trends and competitive landscape

• Manage recruiting processes and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to improve candidate funnel quality

• Foster relationships with business communities and industry leaders

• Lead additional impactful talent projects as they arise

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience sourcing business roles in areas such as Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA or US

• Proven success in high-growth and high-standard environments, preferably in startups, technology, or AI sectors

• Established network within relevant business communities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities

• Analytical approach using data to guide sourcing decisions

• Strategic mindset with foresight beyond immediate hiring needs

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
