Talent Sourcer

About This Role

This role as a Talent Sourcer involves working at a fast pace where search, business, and people converge. You will work operationally with candidate identification and search in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with clients, consultant managers, and recruitment officers to identify, attract, and match the right interim consultants for recruitment and consulting assignments within supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Search for and identify relevant interim consultants within purchasing, logistics, and supply chain
• Work proactively with search via LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other channels
• Make initial contact with candidates and consultants to generate interest and dialogue
• Qualify profiles based on client needs, requirement specifications, and the nature of the assignment
• Provide market insights regarding candidate availability and competition
• Build and develop long-term relationships with consultants in the network
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on ongoing placements and deliveries
• Document, structure, and keep the candidate flow updated in the systems

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing or supply chain, combined with an interest in talent acquisition
• Post-secondary education in logistics, purchasing, HR, economics, or another relevant field
• Ability to quickly understand requirement profiles and translate them into accurate candidate searches
• Desire to further develop in interviewing, candidate assessment, and qualification
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Structured way of working and ability to manage several processes in parallel
• Interest in both people and commercial matters, with a desire to understand both client needs and the candidate market
