Talent Sourcer

About This Role

This role involves supporting hiring through direct sourcing and candidate screening, with a focus on Inside Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, and BPO Sales roles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates and build talent pipelines
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers

Requirements

• Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Resume Shortlisting, LinkedIn Recruitment, Naukri Database Search, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Headhunting, Sales Hiring, and Strong Communication Skills
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, BPO, RPO, or Corporate Talent Acquisition
• Prior hiring experience for B2B/B2C Online Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, BPO Sales, and Night Shift Operations is essential
• Graduate in any discipline
